  Gary is already at the club and will be there through the 23rd. You need only list him as your proxy. Do Not vote for any candidates on your ballot.

  Proxies must be recieved by;

  You can mail it/Fedex it/ Electronically, but whatever way you choose get your ballot in on time to be counted.
